Fitness Tips

 

  • Drink a gallon of water a day

  • If it doesn't grow in the soil, DON'T EAT IT!

  • MACROS are your Caloric content of food - Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat

  • Stretch BEFORE & AFTER your workouts

  • Try not to eat or eat heavy after 9 PM

  • Ask for help, if you are unsure on how to properly execute an exercise.

  • NEVER compromise your form on an exercise!
